Record Producer/Musician/Vocal Teacher – Samson Ling

Samson has lived in the United States for more than ten years, during which he was deeply influenced by a wide range of musical genres. He began studying the differences and applications between classical vocal music and modern pop vocal music since his secondary school years. In recent years, he has been actively teaching unique theories and experiences in pop vocal music. His current students include TVB artists, HKTV artists, ATV artists, stage actors, and contract singers with record companies. He has previously served as an instructor for the Pop Vocal Continuing Education Program at Lingnan University’s School of Continuing Education. Samson has collaborated with recording artists such as Andy Lau, Patrick Tang, Eric Suen, Juno Mak, Eman Lam, Dominic Ho, Denis Ng, Sharon Lee, etc.

Samson曾在美國居住十多年, 一直受到廣範類型音樂的薰陶。從中學時代便開始研究古典聲樂與現代流行曲聲樂的分別與運用。近年更積極教授流行曲聲樂的獨特理論及經驗。現有學生包括由TVB藝員，HKTV藝員，ATV藝員，舞台劇演員以及唱片公司合約歌手。曾任嶺南大學持續進修學院之流行聲樂進修班導師。Samson參與錄音製作的合作歌手包括：劉德華，鄧健泓，孫耀威，麥浚龍，林二汶，何浩文，吳彤，李昊嘉，等等。
